Adam Sard

Project Director

Adam joined Stace in 2004 and is a Project Director of the Project Management Division. With a Quantity Surveying background, he has over 30 years’ experience, spanning a wide range of sectors.

Adrian Murray

Project Director

Adrian Murray graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Auckland, New Zealand. He began his career in New Zealand before immigrating to the United Kingdom and joining Stace in 2005 as a Project Manager.  He has since developed a wide-ranging portfolio of skills in office, retail, industrial and sports & leisure industry sectors whilst working on a varied selection of projects and was promoted to Project Director in 2021.

Alec Penn

Project Director

Alec has a wide range of previous experiences acting in project management, construction management, quantity surveying and planning supervision roles. He has extensive experience on a wide range of projects including retail, industrial, education, rail infrastructure projects, new build, alterations, fit outs and extensions for both small and very large projects. He has managed schemes from inception to completion including design and cost control.

Alexandra Atkinson 2021

Alexandra Atkinson

Associate

Alexandra joined Stace in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the construction industry. She has extensive knowledge in a wide range of sectors for both public and private clients, covering residential, retail, leisure, health and education; managing various types of projects from inception through to completion, including new builds, alterations, fit-outs and extensions.

Alistair Wardle

Divisional Director

Alistair joined Stace in April 2011 after spending five and a half years with Franklin & Andrews. Alistair has experience in a range of projects in the Commercial, Retail, Education and Sports sectors.

Amir Akiva

Associate

Amir is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a qualified Carpenter & Joiner, having worked in the Construction industry since 2007 as a Bench Joiner and Site Carpenter, moving on to Building Surveying. Amir has experience working as a Building Surveyor in the UK & New Zealand, with experience in the commercial and public sector, working for Funds, Property Companies, Large Businesses and Local Authorities.

Andrew McGowan

Andrew McGowan

Project Director

Andrew joined Stace in January 2011 as a Graduate Building Surveyor, after previously working for Lambert Smith Hampton and Aedas Building Consultancy. Andrew has over 13 years’ experience working in the property and construction industry.

Ben Shelbourne

Associate

Ben joined Stace as a Project Manager having previously spent two years at Turner & Townsend within their Infrastructure department. Since joining Stace Ben’s experience has been predominantly within the commercial office sector, however, he has more recently been involved with several schemes at Imperial College London including two lab fit-outs.

Brian Gough

Project Director

Brian is a Chartered Project Manager with a degree in Real Estate Management and a master’s in Construction Project Management. He joined Stace in 2013 and has managed projects for several of Stace’s key clients including Jaguar Land Rover, British land, BT and McLaren Property.

Calum Carver

Senior Associate

Upon Graduating from Anglia Ruskin University in 2011, Calum worked for a Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy and Sub-Contractor. He joined Stace in 2016 and has been involved in cost management, contract administration and employer’s agent for various residential, commercial and health projects.

Chris Tester

Associate

Chris joined Stace in March 2014 after working for a similar sized practice for 16 years. In total he has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years and has worked on a wide variety of projects predominantly in the private sector.

Dan Hunter

Senior Associate

Dan has been a Chartered Building Surveyor for 24 years and has a diverse construction background. He specialises in fulfilling the role of Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator across the residential, commercial office, retail, and industrial sector.

Daniel Foxwell-Jones

Associate

Daniel joined Stace in 2022 as a Senior Project Manager. He has a wealth of experience within retail construction, and has managed projects from inception through to completion, including new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and special projects. Daniel has advanced his career into Pre-Construction and has experience with project planning, specification documents and shell monitoring.

Darren Thomas

Project Director

Darren started with Stace in 2022 as a Project Director. He has more than 20 years’ experience within the construction industry, predominately working as a Project Manager within commercial, healthcare and heritage sectors.

He has a track record of delivering new build, refurbishment, and multi-use projects, creating a collaborative environment amongst the project team to deliver positive outcomes through efficient design, planning and construction processes and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality.

Edward Bain

Partner

Edward has a vast range of experience in all of the major property and construction sectors, including retail, residential, commercial, and light industrial construction projects. He has project managed and acted as employer’s agent/contract administrator on a wide range of refurbishment and new build schemes.

Edward has expertise in all aspects of building surveying, with particular knowledge in defect investigation, and repair and refurbishment works. He leads our London Building Surveying division.

Fraser Rumble

Project Director

Fraser joined Stace in June 2014 as Graduate Project Manager from Northumbria University, having previously worked for The Royal Household during a placement year as Intern Building Surveyor responsible for projects in the Royal Mews at Windsor Castle.

Gareth Sinnamon

Partner

With an industry career spanning over 25 years at Stace, Gareth has been a Project Management Partner since 2005 and sits on our Executive Board.

Initially ‘cutting his teeth’ on our Tesco account, Gareth has been a trusted advisor and respected professional over many years for the likes of British Land, The Portman Estate, LaSalle Investment Management, Muse Developments, Grainger Plc, The National Trust and The Victoria & Albert Museum.

He thrives on the challenge of problem solving and is respected in the industry for his dogma in taking responsibility and being accountable.

Gareth is also passionate in facilitating ‘opportunity’ for those starting their career in our industry, through his work as an RICS APC Counsellor, authoring the ‘Stace Next Gen Index’, mentoring Next Gen Members of the British Council of Offices and sitting on the Examination Board at The Bartlett, University College London.

Glenn Edwards

Associate

Upon Graduating from Anglia Ruskin University in June 2011, Glenn worked for a project management consultancy focusing mainly on highway maintenance schemes and Civil Engineering projects until joining Stace in August 2012. Glenn went on to receive his RICS accreditation in November 2017.

Glyn Crawley

Partner

Glyn joined Stace as a trainee in 1979 and has been key in the development of the business into new areas of professional services. He became a Partner in 1996, and was involved from the infancy of the development of project management as a recognised separate profession within the property industry.

Glyn continues to be an active Project Management Partner and is a member of the Executive Board.

Glyn Thomas

Partner

Glyn joined Stace in 1998 with 15 years prior experience in the construction industry on a varied selection of projects and across a wide range of industry sectors. His degree in Quantity Surveying and RICS membership have enabled him to engage in a wide range of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for a variety of clients.

Over the past 10 years, he has focused on retail developments, in particular mixed-use retail procurement. He has also worked on several major projects across The Tottenham Experience at the new Tottenham Stadium, the Gascoigne Estate, and at Canning Town amongst others as well as on the Tesco Convenience Stores programme.

Graham Saffill

Associate

Graham is an experienced project manager who has focused on historic building refurbishments, building engineering services, and business change projects. Graham’s qualifications and in-depth experience of building engineering services and extensive experience of engineering asset management serves to provide well informed project management for the refurbishment of historic buildings and in particular the retro-fit of building engineering services.

Hayleigh Wassell

Associate

Hayleigh joined Stace in 2014 and has gained experience in the social housing sector and in various local authority and social housing programmes, along with administrating office fit-out to gallery refurbishment contracts for a variety of blue-chip clients. She has detailed knowledge of defect identification and analysis undertaking numerous schedules of condition and repair and maintenance schedules.

Ian is a Partner in the Project Management division. He is currently involved with a number of high-profile projects in a project management capacity, including the regeneration of Wembley with Quintain.

Jacob Fitch

Jacob Fitch

Project Director

Jacob started his career in Property as an Architectural Designer, working on the feasibility, design development, technical design and delivery of large scale residential schemes, before specialising in Project Management. Jacob joined Stace in January 2015 as a Project Manager and has worked as a key member of the team on a number of developer-led projects in both the mixed-use residential and prime student accommodation sectors.

James Darbyshire

James Darbyshire

Partner

James joined Stace in 1989 as a trainee and has progressed to Partner. During this time James has worked in most industry sectors and adds value with strategic advice as part of multi-disciplinary pre-contract teams.

James is an active member of Stace’s Corporate Social Responsibility programme and supports social and sustainable initiatives in the built environment. He also helped establish Stace’s ‘Trusted Business Partner’ philosophy. James is a fellow for the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

James Reilly

Associate

James graduated from the University of Greenwich in 2002 with a degree in Building Surveying. Shortly after graduating, James made the decision to progress his career as a Quantity Surveyor.

Jason Tuckey

Associate

Jason joined Stace in 2010 as a Graduate Building Surveyor having graduated from Anglia Ruskin University. He has since been developing numerous skills and expertise across the role of a Building Surveyor through working on Party Wall awards, measured surveys, condition surveys, site Inspections, schedules of work, Planning and Building Regulations Applications, in addition to a number of Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent roles.

Jenny Braid

Project Director

Jenny joined Stace in 2012. Since joining she has been involved in projects within the retail, housing, commercial and leisure sectors.

Joe McCarthy

Associate

Joe holds the position of Associate, having worked as surveyor for the past 10 years. He has developed a strong skillset from working on a vast number of projects in a wide variety of sectors. Joe’s experience in construction started from a contractor background before switching into consultancy, this combined experience translates into his work ethic and provides strength to allow successful project delivery.

Joey Patrick

Partner

Joey joined Stace as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor in 2002, gaining experience, and obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying along with his Chartered status. Joey has Employer’s Agent, Project Management and Quantity Surveying experience including projects within the student accommodation, retail, residential and leisure sectors for private and public clients.

John Curle

Project Director

John has been with Stace since 2001, and worked as an apprentice receiving a degree in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University in 2006. Shortly after graduating John advanced his career and is now a Project Director.

John Noble

John Noble

Partner

John leads the finance and business operations for Stace. His responsibilities include all matters concerning the firm’s finance, administration and personnel, in particular, ensuring strong, financial controls are in place and adhered to.

John Seear

Associate

John has wide-ranging experience in Building Fabric/Planned Maintenance Surveys, Defect Diagnosis, Contract Administration, Project Management/Employer’s Agent & Monitoring of differing projects. He also has vast experience in undertaking professional services including Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition, and Vendor Surveys.

Jonathan Lipscombe

Senior Associate

Jonathan joined Stace in 1996 as a Contract Administrator and Design Co-ordinator. He was promoted to Associate in Stace Project Management in May 1999 and Senior Associate in 2002.

Joseph De Klerk

Partner

Joseph is a Cost Management Partner in our London office. With 25 years of experience in Quantity Surveying across major property and construction sectors in Europe and Africa, Joseph has a proven track record in financial management. He excels in producing accurate cost reports and forecasts and has a strong background in Change Management and Control, ensuring compliance with company business management systems. Additionally, Joseph possesses extensive knowledge of contract management, including contract negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution, which further enhances his ability to manage projects effectively and ensure successful outcomes.

Julian Cox

Project Director

Julian rejoined Stace in 2016, after time spent delivering major retail store projects, together with managing government and public sector projects. An experienced project manager with a passion for construction, Julian came initially from a design background before progressing to project management. He has 30 years’ experience in the industry.

Karen Cowey

Partner

Karen joined Stace in 2011 and is responsible for our people and culture. Karen is instrumental in making sure that our people, our greatest asset, are treated fairly, feel engaged and maintain our positive business ethos.

 

Katharine Flank

Project Director

Katharine is a Chartered Surveyor with 20+ years’ experience, as Project Monitor, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, with an impressive track record working for a wide range of Clients in many sectors of the construction industry.

Keith Cramphorn

Keith Cramphorn

Divisional Director

Keith is a motivated and committed Divisional Director who completed a BA (Hons) and postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying. He joined Stace in May 2012 after spending the previous four years at a smaller private consultancy.

Kirstie Nagle

Associate

Kirstie joined Stace in 2013 after graduating and has since completed her Master’s in Quantity Surveying and achieved MRICS status in December 2019. Since joining Stace, Kirstie has worked as a quantity surveyor on various schemes across all sectors for notable clients such as BMO Real Estate Partners, Landsec, The Portman Estate, The Langham Estate, Grosvenor Fund Management and Meyer Homes.

Lee Anderson

Associate

Lee is a motivated and committed Quantity Surveyor who has gained experience in all types of quantity surveying. In particular, Lee has a wealth of experience and success within the educational and commercial markets.

Lee Houghton

Project Director

Lee is a highly motivated and experienced construction professional, with nearly 25 years construction experience across a wide range of sectors. He has successfully delivered several construction projects within the commercial, hotel, residential, health and education sectors for both public, private clients and developers.

Louis Byers

Project Director

Louis joined Stace in June 2015, and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2018. He has worked predominantly in the commercial and retail sectors, gaining experience on a variety of fit-out and new build projects ranging in size and complexity for several valuable clients.

Malcolm Howting

Partner

Malcolm is a Partner with a Chartered Building Surveying background. He has over 20 years of Project Management and Development Monitoring experience, working with owner-occupiers, developers, retailers, not-for-profit organisations and local authorities. Malcolm has extensive experience creating and managing teams on a variety of new build complex schemes, refurbishment projects, pre-let developments and fitting out assignments.

His responsibilities as a Partner include delivering project management services across Cambridge and London. Malcolm is a Partner Lead in our Industrial, Education, and Student Accommodation sectors.

Marc Eagles

Partner

Marc has broad experience in the property industry and all aspects of Building Surveying, with particular knowledge in defect investigation, repair and maintenance works, including refurbishment and new build projects. Marc is regularly involved in Contract Administration and Employer’s agent roles across all property sectors; undertaking and managing planned maintenance inspections, building surveys, schedules of condition, asbestos-related projects and refurbishment and reactive works programmes for a number of key clients.

Marc has joint responsibility for the management of the Building Surveying Division.

Mark Ashby

Partner

Mark is experienced in leading and managing property and construction projects and programmes of work, both in the UK and overseas, from a client and consultant perspective. These have been for a number of blue-chip clients, helping them to realise business opportunities and deliver renowned landmarks.

This includes acting as a delivery partner responsible for Stace’s professional services on the accelerated delivery programme of the regeneration around Wembley stadium for the developer Quintain.

Mark is a Partner Lead for the Regeneration and Residential sectors. Additionally, Mark is the Partner Sponsor for the Graduate Development Scheme.

Mark Brooks

Mark Brooks

Partner

Mark has worked at Stace since 1999 building up an extensive knowledge of the industry. He was appointed to Partner in 2021 and is jointly responsible for the management of the Health & Safety division.  As well as undertaking the varying duty holder’s roles in the many iterations of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), Mark provides assistance and guidance to both corporate clients and those within the construction industry.

Mark Shuttleworth

Partner

Mark is a Chartered Accountant and joined Stace in 2021 as Finance Director. Mark is responsible for running our finance department in a strategic and efficient way so that our business can continue to operate and grow sustainably.

Martin Ford

Divisional Director

Martin joined Stace in 1987 as a school leaver and studied part-time before graduating in 1993 and qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 1998. During his time at Stace he has acted on a wide variety of projects across many sectors and for various different types of client. His experience ranges from construction management and fast track projects to nationwide development programmes and roll-outs for major retail clients and bespoke projects for one-off clients.

Martin Shepherd

Partner

Martin has extensive experience in the retail sector including managing large scale rollout programmes. Appointed to Partner in 2021, he plays a crucial role in our specialist Project Management service for our food retail clients and understands the values and internal workings of their organisations.

Matthew Cook

Project Director

Matthew has expert knowledge in delivering large-scale programmes across varied, multi-site estates encompassing multiple projects. He has excellent communication and leadership skills and understands the values and internal workings of organisations, managing and implementing policies and procedures to maximise the efficiency of the project and project team.

Matthew Gill

Associate

Matt joined Stace in December 2022 as an Associate and has worked in Construction since 2006. Over this period, he has completed an HND in Construction, BSC in Construction Management and MSC in Quantity Surveying.

Matthew Whitehead

Partner

Matthew has an extensive breadth of Cost Management experience across a range of sectors, including residential, student accommodation, sport, leisure, hotel and commercial office projects. Matthew has particular expertise in cost benchmarking and building contract procurement. Additionally, Matthew has experience in the resolution of building contract disputes and has acted as an Expert Witness in the High Court.

Matthew is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has been a Partner at Stace since 2008 having originally joined the business in 1981 as a trainee quantity surveyor.

 

 

Michael Beddows

Associate

Michael joined Stace in March 2016 as an Associate Project Manager having spent 16 years at Rider Levett Bucknall. He is experienced in leading multidisciplinary consultant and constructor design teams, delivering projects from inception to completion. A good communicator and team player, Michael has extensive experience in stakeholder management and a proven track record in delivering successful projects.

Monica Kadandara

Associate

Monica joined Stace as a Quantity Surveyor in 2015. She acquired her BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management in 2013. Monica has proven to be a key asset to the team with a thorough approach, an excellent team player with a keen eye for attention to detail.

Nicola Caswell

Associate

An enthusiastic Project Manager, Nicola has over 10 years’ experience within Project Management and Retail Delivery, with experience in large new build developments, new store openings and innovative projects within existing operations.

Nicholas Murphy

Project Director

Nick has 12 years of experience in construction with extensive Project Management experience. He has a wide range of knowledge in retail, commercial and large industrial environments, especially with regards to new build, leisure, retail operations and distribution. Nick is a construction professional with a specialist background in large and complex projects.

Nicholas Truelove

Divisional Director

Nick joined Stace in 1998. Working at Stace Nick has gained extensive experience in several key roles over a variety of different sectors in providing Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Project Management, Party Walls, Building Surveys, Planned Maintenance Programmes, Dilapidations and Schedules of Condition.

Nigel Cook

Partner

Nigel joined Stace in 1997 after university and became a Chartered Surveyor in 1999, having attained membership (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In 2000, he moved to DTZ Debenham Tie Leung in London and worked on construction projects throughout London and mainland Europe. In 2003, he moved abroad to join Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. as a Senior Commercial Manager in the Asia Pacific region and worked on various engineering projects in transportation and infrastructure.

Nigel returned to the UK in mid-2011 and rejoined Stace as a Project Director, before being promoted to Partner in 2015. His strengths are in project management, development monitoring and commercial management.

Paul Burns

Divisional Director

Paul commenced work in 1976, gaining general work experience in both independent private quantity surveyors and local authority quantity surveying departments. Since joining Stace in 1988, he has gained considerable experience in a wide range of projects across a variety of industry sectors including office, industrial, sports and leisure, residential, education and retail, for both private and public sector clients.

Paul is a part of our Regeneration sector.

Peter Moore

Project Director

Peter joined Stace in 1997 and is a Project Director in the Epping office. A Project Manager with a Quantity Surveying background, Peter has 24 years’ experience in a wide range of sectors.

Peter is a part of our Renegeration sector.

Richard Abbott

Project Director

Richard has over 20 years of experience delivering complex projects for blue-chip clients. He works closely with clients from inception through to completion, contributing to development appraisals and strategies, securing valuable planning permissions on difficult sites and coordinates the design team to ensure buildings are delivered on time and on budget. Richard has worked across many sectors of the industry, including commercial offices, hotels, residential, sports and leisure.

Richard Canton

Bid Director

Richard joined Stace in 2015 and heads up the Bids Team for the business with responsibility for managing our various public sector Frameworks. Richard is passionate about ESG and has joint responsibility for our Responsible Business Strategy.

Richard Fox

Partner

Richard joined Stace in 1997 as an Assistant Planning Supervisor and has worked within the Health & Safety Division since. During this time Richard has built up an extensive portfolio of CDM/Health & Safety experience for both public and private sector clients, across a broad range of industry sectors, including residential, office & commercial, education, hotels, retail, sport & leisure projects. Richard was made Partner in 2021 and is jointly responsible for the management of the Health & Safety Division within Stace. Richard is a member of IOSH and the Association for Project Safety.

Richard Jones

Project Director

Richard joined Stace in June 2024. He commenced in the industry as a Construction Manager for an enabling works contractor before progressing into consultancy in Construction Management, and then Project Management. He has extensive experience primarily in the commercial office sector, including complex refurbishment projects.

Sarah Goodey

Associate

Sarah is a senior project manager and has experience delivering capital replacements and general maintenance schemes. She also has experience managing projects end to end from the brief, feasibility, scoping and delivery of build/replacement, directing and managing the design and budget to ensuring quality and compliance of projects are apt.

Simon Hugill

Partner

Simon is a Partner in the London Project Management division. Simon acted as Meyer Homes’s outsourced Technical Director with responsibility for running all schemes across their portfolio including Bath Press. This represents a combined construction value of circa £1.5 Billion and over 4,000 homes.

Simon is a Construction Consultant with over 10 years’ experience working for multi-disciplinary consultancies. He has also spent time working client side and within the financial services industry focusing on the construction sector in both the UK and USA.

Simon is experienced in managing construction projects and programmes of work for building owners, developers, and commercial clients whilst maintaining a strong focus on cost control.

Simon holds the position of Senior Associate having worked as a Quantity Surveyor for over 30 years, over half of which have been in a senior position. Simon obtained his degree in quantity surveying in 1995 and gained membership to the RICS in 1997.

Stefanos Cholevas

Stefanos is an Associate with 10 years of construction experience and seven years of expertise in Development Monitoring in the UK Construction Industry. Stefanos has provided IPMS services to a range of Funding Institutions for a wide spectrum of sectors across the industry including Residential, Student Accommodation, Senior Living, Hotel, Retail, Industrial, Commercial and Mixed-Use schemes delivered by private and public developers.

Stephan Von Roon

Project Director

Stephan joined Stace in 2022, with over 20 years of experience leading and managing projects. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and has a background as a Civil Engineer.

Stephan has worked on prestigious schemes in various sectors, including office and residential mixed-use schemes as well as infrastructure projects.

Steven Clarke

During his 17 years’ experience as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) within the construction industry, including over 10 years as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Steven has acquired an extensive understanding and knowledge of working with many different clients on a wide range of projects, procurement routes, and forms of contracts.

Steve has a vast and varied portfolio of previous experiences, these range from high quality retail fit outs, large residential estate regeneration projects, offices and industrial units, to an award winning educational campus and demolition and rebuild of a flagship police headquarters.

Stuart Hutchinson

Senior Associate

Stuart joined Stace in November 2022 and has extensive experience in building surveying and project management, across a number of different sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare and education. His experience includes undertaking pre and post contract work; full building, pre-acquisition and condition surveys, contract administration, employers’ agent, party wall work, undertaking schedules of condition and experience in the refurbishment of listed buildings.

Stuart Riley

Partner

Stuart has a broad spread of experience on projects ranging from £900 million civil engineering projects in the Middle East to residential and industrial projects in the UK. He has extensive local authority, educational, sports and leisure experience. This includes sitting on the Rugby Football Union South Stand Steering Group for the £145 million shell and core and fit out works.

Stuart has been with Stace since 1995, and became a Partner of the business in 2003.

Stuart Syddell

Stuart joined Stace in 1991 as a trainee Quantity Surveyor. In 1996 Stuart attained a 1st Class degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Greenwich. In 1999 Stuart became a member of the RICS and went on to become a Partner at Stace in 2008.

Stuart has leading experience across multiple sectors including; residential, offices & commercial, retail, sports, and leisure. Stuart has particular expertise in construction contracts and dispute resolution.

Stuart is a Partner Lead in the Residential and Sport sectors.

Toby White

Associate

Toby joined Stace in 2022 previously working for construction consultancies in the UK and Australia. He has over 10 years’ experience in Project Management and Contract Administration. He has managed defence, health, education, commercial, various public sector projects and developed a clear understanding of their requirements both in Australia and the UK. Toby is well versed in a variety of construction contractors both in the UK and Australia including managing contractor, Design & Build and traditional.

Tony Hardy

Partner

Tony joined Stace as a graduate surveyor over 10 years ago and undertakes all aspects of pre and post-contract activities for a range of clients.

He is actively involved in several sectors, including retail, hotels, sport & leisure and student accommodation. Tony has worked across several key projects including: Legoland Windsor Resort, One Moulsecoomb Way in Brighton and Splashes Sports Centre in Medway.

Tony is a Member of the RICS and was promoted within the business to Partner in spring 2022.

Tony Robinson

Partner

Tony has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry within small, medium and large-sized consultancies. He has worked on and led numerous projects across Commercial, Education, Industrial, Retail and Residential sectors, with values ranging from £500,000 to £110 million. He joined Stace in 2013 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, before being promoted through to Partner in 2021.

Warren Wickers

Senior Associate

Warren’s career started working with a firm of Architects gaining experience in construction design, Auto CAD and the planning system. Following this he made the transition to become a Building Surveyor.

Will Horton

Project Director

William is a Building Services Engineer with 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. William specialises in the Project Management of Infrastructure projects and has a track record of delivering projects in historic buildings.

Zoe Playle

Associate

Zoe has over 20 years Project Management, Contract Administration and Employers Agent experience working with local authorities, developers and not for profit organisations. Specialising in residential she has managed projects from inception through to completion, including new builds, refurbishments, and special projects.
