Our approach to Contract Administration
Stace has extensive experience in administrating the industry recognised standard forms of building contract, as well as specialised bespoke contracts that some of our clients may have developed or projects demand. Choosing the right form of contract is an important decision to reflect the specifics of the project in terms of size, nature complexity and client objectives amongst other factors.
Stace provides expert advice to enable the right decision to be made and then administers the contract implementing controls and procedures for successful project delivery.
Whether the contract is for minor or major works we take a proactive, hands-on structured approach to this role collaboratively engaging with the client, design team and contractors.
Our approach to Employer’s Agent
We provide a bespoke approach to the Employer’s Agent role. We tailor our services to the client’s requirements supported through robust control documents and procedures.

Our first activity would be to review these governing documents to understand this set-up before providing a proposal. A key aspect of this would be to understand the Client’s intention to novate or retain existing design consultants, thereby reflecting this position in the Employer’s Agent Scope of Service.
There are multiple key elements which we believe differentiate us in our delivery of the Employer’s Agent role during the stages below:
