Appointed as Project Managers, Employer’s Representative and Principal Designer, Stace LLP led the team from inception through to completion, delivering circa 40,000ft² of Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) office space, serviced by high specification landlord space at basement level including dedicated cycle storage, ‘bike workshop’ and welfare facilities for the building users.
In addition, the scheme included the delivery of circa 3,000ft² shell and core A3 space fronting three streets for a quality restaurateur.
The now six storey building underwent a complete redevelopment and fit out during the circa 16 month Building Contract, and features contemporary office space and high specification amenities, with restaurant (A3) shell and core space to ground floor and basement.
Situated in a great location on Great Portland Street, the building is located within the Harley Street Conservation area and is classified as a building of ‘merit’ by Westminster City Council.
In keeping with British Land’s corporate and sustainability requirements, the project is set to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
