Background

A mixed use, mixed tenure residential development on a former brownfield site. 

The Perfume Factory is a residential-led, high density development consisting of 376 residential units and commercial space. Residents have access to a variety of amenity areas, including some located at the rooftop level. The three ‘towers’ (two are linked at ground level) are a mixture of traditional build and modern methods of construction varying from 12 to 25 storeys.

Based in North Acton on the site of the former Elizabeth Arden perfume factory, Telford Homes successfully delivered approximately 1,403 sq ft of commercial space alongside the residential space. An L-shaped ‘street’ runs between the towers, providing access and connection with adjoining projects.

The dwellings are powered by a dedicated energy centre located in a partial basement under the tallest tower.

Construction work started in 2021 and completed in December 2024.
