Revitalising Manchester’s Northern Quarter

The Joinery is a new residential development in Central Manchester.

The scheme will see the construction of two apartment buildings, a part-nine, part-ten, storey block and a 12-storey block with ground floor commercial units. The 261 planned apartments will also include private gardens, roof terraces, and rooftop amenities.

The development forms part of the Northern Quarters regeneration, designed to revitalise this corner of the city and help alleviate the housing shortage. 1NQ infuses the modern and luxurious, whilst paying homage to the industrial heritage of the area. It is due to be complete in 2026.
