Background
Opened in November 2019, Stock Exchange Hotel is a luxury, boutique hotel.
Set within the former home of the Manchester Stock Exchange, the Grade II listed building has been transformed into a 40-bed hotel, along with 10 suites and a 3,500 sq. ft penthouse residence. Stock Exchange includes a premium restaurant, The Bull & Bear, led by a renowned British Chef.
The hotel additionally includes meeting rooms, a private hire kitchen and three private hire wine cellars.
The Grade II listed building was originally constructed between 1904 and 1906 and is an iconic architectural part of Manchester.
Our Role
Stace delivered monitoring surveying services on behalf of one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world.
Our monitoring surveying team was involved in the project from the initial concept and delivered monitoring services through to completion.
