The Sailmakers development is comprised of two buildings, located in Canary Wharf, London.

Sailmakers is a purpose-built, Build to Rent development delivering 355 homes.

The buildings provide leading amenities including a resident’s lounge, on-site gym and a private cinema. All focused on enhancing the living experience for the residents.

The overall development included the construction of seven residential blocks ranging from 9 to 42 storeys with mixed-use elements at ground level, all springing from a ground floor level podium, which contains public access and amenity space.

The podium is built over a single level basement which contains centralised service plant spaces and storage accommodation, cycle storage and limited vehicle parking and servicing areas.

Hard and soft landscaping at the ground floor level incorporates an access road through part of the site.

The blocks have reinforced concrete frames with external cladding. The internal finishes are tailored to meet the requirements of the end-users, which include a housing association.

The Greystar buildings include bespoke designed amenity and management spaces.
