Stace LLP provided Quantity Surveying, CDM Co-ordinator and Employer’s Agent services.
The new facilities include a new 156 bed 5* Marriott hotel, a Virgin Active Leisure Centre, a Rugby Football Union shop and office space as well as a dedicated performing arts centre, 110,000ft² conference centre and banqueting halls.
The fit-out works were procured on a fast track basis in order to meet key Autumn International matches and subsequently Six Nations fixtures. The new facilities have reduced RFUs reliance on temporary hospitality facilities by providing a modern bespoke space over several levels of the new South Stand structure. The project also includes extensive catering facilities as well as dedicated reception, core and toilet facilities.
The project was completed on time in preparation for the Autumn International schedule of matches as well as other corporate events and conferences.
