Repton Gardens comprises 396 build-to-rent apartments across a range of three and four-bed homes in addition to studios, one-beds, and two-beds. Included in this new development are 117 properties which will be presented at a reduced market rate.
The development, located in Wembley Park will be managed by the award-winning Quintain Living. Repton Gardens has been developed with a view to attracting both families and sharers. Residents can benefit from roof terraces, a large work-from-home area, a club room, and a 1,150 sq ft gym overlooking the podium garden with BBQs, play areas, and a lawn.
In addition, eight retail units have been created and are located on the expanded Wellers Way and Humphrey Repton with space for a GP surgery. These developments will be managed by Quintain’s Wembley Park estate retail and management team.
The development borders Elvin Gardens and sits adjacent to our recent residential developments Alto and Landsby. Repton Gardens is named after Humphry Repton who in the 1790s recommended the name ‘Wembley Park’ to the estate’s owners, the Page family. Repton’s landscaping work remains influential to this day, inspiring the design of both Repton Gardens’ green spaces and Union Park within the eastern side of the neighbourhood.
This project is one of our many collaborations with Quintain, having supplied them professional services on behalf of the company for the Wembley Park transformation, and over these past 20 years.
Construction work started in 2020 and was completed in March 2023.
