Reimagining a 1970s landmark office building

The sensitive refurbishment of this landmark building included the construction of a new fifth floor to accommodate a restaurant and works from basement level through to the fourth floor. A new ground-level plaza blends into the nearby tranquillity of Imperial Gardens.

The newly refurbished offices provide four storeys of premium open plan workspace with the choice of naturally ventilated or fully air-conditioned space.

All ground floor retail units benefit from new frontages and outdoor seating areas, some directly into the park. The top floor allows for a 4,500 sq ft roof-top restaurant, the first in the town, offering diners spectacular, far-reaching views across the town.

The Quadrangle achieved practical completion in May 2021 and provides a vibrant hub in what is already recognised as one of Cheltenham’s most prestigious areas.
