Upgrade works to nine residential blocks.

Enfield Council has identified a need to undertake fire improvement works on nine multiple occupied residential buildings within its social housing portfolio. It is anticipated that the works will consist of replacing communal doors and screens, upgrading fire stopping, redecoration and other ancillary works to communal areas. External works such as the replacement of decorative infill panels will also be undertaken.

In addition, M&E works such as upgrading both the automatic fire detection system and emergency lighting installations as well as retrospective installation of a sprinkler system are required.

The programme of works is due for completion within nine months.
