Affordable homes in East London

Heathcote and Glade Court, comprises four new buildings across the two adjoining locations, to include two-storey houses and a three-storey block of flats at Glade Court, with two three-storey blocks at Heathcote Court. The two and three-storey buildings are to include brick facades and pitched roofs.

This scheme will deliver 33 affordable homes in total, where the developments will follow a single consistent geometry with open, exposed external spaces.

Heathcote and Glade Court will also see improvements to green spaces and play areas as well as refuse and recycling stations. The scheme eliminates the need for residents to relocate by ensuring no existing housing is demolished.
