Managing a Cat A fit out and refurbishment of a boutique office floor and basement area for BMO Real Estate Partners.

Stace were appointed by BMO to work as Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers on this project to oversee the strip out stage and Cat A refurbishment of the second floor of Halton House, Holborn. The project also included conversion of a basement room, changing the use from a store room to a bike store room and a rentable office space.

Our Role

The refurbishment comprised of replacement of ceiling tiles, light fittings, raised access flooring, replacement of existing toilets to floor & refurbishment to the lift lobby area.

Our Impact

Stace are proud to have played a role in the refurbishment of not only the office floor and basement area of Halton House but also the “boutique-style” refurbishment of the building’s reception area and numerous lift lobbies.
