Background
Refurbishment of BDO’s existing staff restaurant to create a new multi-use space.
The new restaurant includes break-out areas, which promotes informal meetings encouraging collaboration, whilst appealing to their staff to leave their desk and enjoy either their breakfast and/or lunch.
Our Role
Part of a larger project with leading professional services firm, BDO. Stace provided Project Management and Health & Safety services.
Our Impact
Stace has been involved in project management and the implementation of a new agile, work environment for the business and their employees.
As part of this project, Stace was asked to deliver PM and H&S services to the refurbishment of their Fibonacci Restaurant.
Through diligent cost and project management, we were able to fulfill the client objectives, whilst ensuring it remained within budget.
During the project, there was minimal disruption to the normal working environment for BDO and their people, and we were able to reduce the build programme by two weeks.
