Stace has been working with Quintain since the early 2000s, during which time we have enjoyed the successful project completion of several major mixed-use developments as part of Wembley Park’s regeneration.
Part of Wembley’s wider regeneration scheme, Emerald Gardens (also known as NW01) is a new residential development, offering 472 apartments to the residential market. The occupancy comprised of PRS (private rental sector) under the Tipi brand, private sale, and affordable.
The development is set within seven linked blocks of between five and sixteen storeys. The apartments surround a one-acre landscaped raised podium courtyard, which sits above the sub-level car park.
