The development was completed in two phases. Phase one was the 56,000 sq ft, Sir Simon Milton Westminster University Technical College. The college provides education to 14 to 19-year olds with a focus on the STEM subjects.
The college was complete and ready for the students in September 2017.
Phase two, completed in 2018, is an 11-storey tower providing high-end residential homes, secure underground car parking and associated external landscaping. In total, 47 apartments were delivered.
Ebury Bridge is part of a wider regeneration of the Ebury Estate. Being delivered by Westminster City Council the scheme plans to deliver 750 new homes with at least 342 of those affordable homes.
The project was delivered through collaboration with Linkcity, Westminster City Council and Taylor Wimpey Central London.
