A purpose-built, later living development, Dell House officially opened in 2019 and provides leading accommodation for 60 residents.

Dell House, a residential care home, designed by award-winning architect Tom Ground, provides homes for their residents aged over 65. The completed development includes a cafe, cinema, activities rooms, wellness room, hair and beauty salon, family room and a large garden which includes walkways and raised beds in a gardening area.

The development involved the demolition of the previous building, and the construction of a three storey (lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor) building. In addition, three supported living lodges, bin stores, car parking and gardens, and external landscaping were delivered.
