A sensitive conversion and refurbishment of a former office building into a modern home for residents
Completed in the summer of 2022, ahead of the 2022 to 2023 academic year, this scheme provides a total of 183 fully fitted-out studio rooms. Residents can enjoy extensive facilities such as a fitness suite, gaming room, dinner party room, private study rooms and various seating and lounge space. Situated in the city centre, and a short walk away from the beach, Crown House’s location is perfect and the floor-to-ceiling glazing offers unencumbered views over the sea.
The project involved the replacement of the existing façade and roof coverings, along with external works and services.
