New Student Residence in Bristol

Avon Street is a new Purpose-Build Student Accommodation (PBSA) development set to deliver high-quality accommodation in central Bristol.

The scheme will deliver 447 beds across three blocks, adjacent to the forthcoming Bristol University Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, a flagship project for the University of Bristol.

The buildings, which will vary from eight to twelve storeys in height, will include an open courtyard and a reception area to increase security for residents and visitors.

The development aims to offer high-quality accommodation and shared amenities, addressing the need for student housing, whilst easing pressures on residential areas.

Additionally, we will support with navigating the complexities of town planning conditions, including contamination, UXO, and flood relief measures.
