Bringing new much-needed affordable housing to Brent
Our client, Telford Homes, is set to transform the bus depot site in Alperton into a high-quality residential and commercial development.
461 new homes across three buildings will be delivered, of which 40% will be affordable housing.
The commercial element will consist of 27,500 sq ft of light industrial space. This flexible space will be geared towards SMEs in the creative industries and could provide c.150 new jobs.
The scheme will provide community space for adult learning and community led gatherings as well as a new café with outdoor seating area. The streetscape of the Ealing Road / Bridgewater Road junction will be improved along with the creation of new public infrastructure and the planting of over 50 new trees.
Our Role
We are providing funder representative services, including cost oversight services, as well as contract administration services under both a DFA and JCT Contract.
