Following the success of Moulsecoomb Way, we are appointed by McLaren Property to deliver another student accommodation scheme to this vibrant city. In addition to 156 beds, 5-8 London Road will provide communal areas and c.5,000 sq ft of retail space to London Road.
The development will represent a substantial contribution towards the need for purpose-built student housing, benefitting from a central location in close proximity to the city centre and the University of Brighton with sustainable transport links (bus and cycle lanes) between the two.
Works to date include the demolition and site clearance of three existing retail stores, and piling is under way. The crane arrived on site in February 2023 to allow works to start on the concrete frame.
