Background

A programme of works throughout 3 Finsbury Avenue including office space, a new ground floor reception and event space.

CAT A works were undertaken for the landlord, British Land, and a CAT B fit-out for flexible workspace provider, Storey. The project totalled approximately 50,000 ft² in total.

In collaboration with HÛT architecture, we delivered a stunning ground floor reception with refurbished features from the original building. A CAT A show floor was also created to demonstrate the vacant building to prospective new tenants. The building has since attracted several fintech firms and brought new landlord projects on the 1st, 6th and 7th floors.

Flexible workspace provider Storey took possession of the 2nd floor. Stace was engaged and delivered the floorspace to cater for two tenants, providing shared meeting rooms and a shared central breakout area.

Our Role

Stace provided Project Management, Cost Management, Employer’s Agent and CDM Client Advisory services for British Land on 3 Finsbury Avenue.
