Designing a Modern and Stylish Office Space

Situated in the heart of London’s West End, 100 Pall Mall is a historic building spanning 65,000ft² over eight floors.

Commissioned by the client, the project involved the complete refurbishment of the 4th floor and part of the 3rd floor, creating 12,400ft² of high-specification contemporary Cat A & B workspace.

The newly completed space offers a sophisticated, elegant space providing a number of individual investor offices, open plan office space, several meeting rooms, a café,  tea point and a new kitchen to meet the client’s catering requirements. All offices and meeting rooms were acoustically treated to achieve minimal sound reverberation. The refurbishment included the strip out and replacement of the MEP services in the space.

100 Pall Mall reached practical completion in February 2025.
