Comprehensively refurbishing a 1950s warehouse into a modern, mixed-use space.

Over 40,000 sq ft of high quality modern accommodation has been delivered in this former clothing factory. The refurbished building provides a mixture of office, light industrial and distribution space to suit a range of sectors and occupiers.

The project included the creation of an additional floor, core and reception, and two new side extensions.

The building obtained BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and WiredScore Gold.
