Topping out of Repton Gardens at Wembley Park

Quintain and the project team celebrated another major milestone at Wembley Park, with the topping out of the development Repton Gardens.

Repton Gardens is based in the North-western part of Wembley Park adjacent to previously delivered schemes, Alto, Landsby and Box Park.  The scheme will comprise of 396 build-to-rent apartments, with gardens, a BBQ area, children’s play and dog-run exercise area, yoga/multi-purpose event room, and in today’s climate a dedicated work-from home area including meeting rooms and phone booths as well as residents and parent’s lounges. In addition, there is 1,000 sqm of retail space and a GP surgery at ground level,
