The Perfume Factory Reaches Practical Completion

The previous Elizabeth Arden Factory in North Acton has been redeveloped into a mixed-use space, featuring 376 homes, 1,403 sqm of commercial space, rooftop amenity space, and public realm improvements.

Reaching practical completion on Friday 13 December, the development provides much-needed housing for the area, which is undergoing a rapid transformation as one of London’s largest regeneration districts.

Stace provided an independent certifier role to Telford Homes as Developer/Contractor and Realstar as forward funder.

The Perfume Factory is one of three high rise residential developments within London where Stace is acting as independent certifier.
