Press Release
Multi-disciplinary consultants Stace has begun 2019 with a move to Birmingham.
Having previously been located in Royal Leamington Spa since 2012, their new Midlands office will be in the heart of Birmingham. The move allows Stace to better serve existing clients and lays the path for further growth across the Midlands.
Stace, who are celebrating their 60th anniversary in 2019, has delivered projects across the Midlands for over 40 years. Their projects include the multi-award winning 1 million ft2 Jaguar Land Rover Engine Manufacturing Centre in Wolverhampton (attached) and multiple schemes at Alton Towers for Merlin Entertainments plc.
Partner, Glyn Crawley comments: “With our increasing work load and client base in the Midlands, this is an exciting time for us at Stace. Our new office in Birmingham will allow us to continue our growth across the region. Our Midlands team are already well established, and this move is part of our national growth strategy, which saw Stace open a Cambridge office in 2016.”
“The Midlands Engine is becoming ever more important to UK growth, as the region aims to add £54 billion to the economy and enable over 600,000 new homes. We are proud to be working with our clients in delivering this wider vision of growth”
Stace is currently working on high-profile schemes in the region which include the redevelopment of Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire, a 382-bed student accommodation scheme in Coventry and the Park Central Regeneration in Birmingham.
Stace currently has over 200 people across 5 UK offices, with further plans already in the pipeline for the Birmingham office.
