Orton Copse, a low-rise residential development at the former NHS Gloucester Centre in Peterborough has achieved Golden Brick status. The scheme will deliver 99 new homes, 78 of which will provide much-needed affordable homes for local people.
The development features a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, as well as a small number of one and two-bedroom apartments.
Stace is providing Compliance and Monitoring Inspector services as part of our involvement in Homes England’s £4.8 billion Levelling Up Fund, which invests in infrastructure that improves everyday life across the UK, including regenerating town centres and high streets, upgrading local transport, and investing in cultural and heritage assets.
With an expected completion date of 2025, the new plan aims to address the housing crisis by providing affordable, high-quality homes for people to live in.
