Juniper House Ground-breaking Ceremony

Project Director, Adam Sard and Graduate Project Manager, Ali Hassan attended the ground-breaking ceremony for Juniper House.

Juniper House, being developed by Waltham Forest Council, will provide 91 new homes of which 50% will be affordable. Additionally, the scheme will deliver a pre-school nursery and commercial units.

Cllr Simon Miller spoke of the importance of the regeneration for the community and the outstanding efforts involved thus far. Additionally, it was noted of the commitment to provide 50% affordable homes for the local people of Waltham Forest.

The demolition of the existing site is set to begin shortly, with the first residents planned to move in during Spring 2022.
