Quintain has celebrated its latest major milestone at Wembley Park, with the topping out of the development E01/02 which will deliver 633 new homes.
The development will provide 381 Build to Rent (BTR) homes and 252 homes providing different affordable tenures. The BTR homes will be managed by Tipi, Quintain’s lifestyle-focused rental management company.
The development consists of four blocks, which range from 13 to 16 storeys. E01/E02 is a purpose-built, designed for rent development. Residents will have access to amenity space located on the ground and roof levels. Additional social space will be available to residents on a landscaped podium.
The homes will be in close proximity to a brand new seven-acre park, which will include a multi-use games area. The development itself will include a 30,000 sq ft gym complete with a swimming pool, a creche, underground car parking for 193 cars and storage for over 550 bicycles.
The development will be serviced by a district heating system provided by the Energy Centre located in the E03 plot and by an automated Envac® waste management system, which will be accessed adjacent to each block core at all levels. The development is due for phased completion in 2020.
