Demolition begins at 40 Broadway, Victoria

We have been working with Tellon Capital LLP and are happy to announce that the demolition of 40 Broadway and Carteret Street in Victoria has commenced and will run until September this year for Tellon Capital LLP.

This project involves the demolition of three adjoining buildings, to enable the construction of a new office building. The accommodation will comprise of approximately 115,000/ft² over eight floors, providing exclusive accommodation of the highest quality and exceeding the highest standards in sustainability and ESG.

The site has had to deal with a number of complexities including being near a Grade I listed residential building, commercial buildings and the London Underground infrastructure.

Stace are providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the scheme.  The project team includes Erith Contractors, 3D Reid Architects, Mosaic Consulting Engineers, IN2 MEP Consultants and Gardiner & Theobald as the cost consultants.
