British Land’s The Optic Building Reaches Practical Completion

The Optic, at Peterhouse Technology Park, Cambridge, reached practical completion on Monday 3 February 2025.

British Land’s, newly developed high-quality office and lab-enabled space , has also been fully leased to world -leading processing technology company, Arm. This will be Arm’s seventh building at the park.

The Optic is all electric and has been developed to the highest sustainability standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent, and featuring 94 EV charging points, solar panels, and a 2.500 sq ft roof terrace for socialising and relaxation.
