BOXPARK to open in Birmingham 

Planning approval received for popular UK food and retail chain in the Midlands

Popular food, culture, and social hub, BOXPARK, has obtained planning approval for its latest site in Birmingham. The development, situated in Digbeth, will be located beneath the iconic Floodgate Street Arches and will add to the city’s expanding creative quarter.

Opening in 2025, BOXPARK Birmingham will span nearly 17,000 sq. ft and give Floodgate Street Arches a new lease of life. The project is expected to create 200 job opportunities and attract over a million visitors each year.

The approval follows the recent practical completion of its sister site, BOXPARK Liverpool, which was the first BOXPARK-branded development outside of London.

This will be Stace’s fourth BOXPARK project. Stace is providing Project Management, Cost Management and CDM Client Advisor Services.
