Success for Fred Makins, Tom Hodgkisson, and Kelvin Saddul, who have completed the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) APC qualification. This milestone is testament to their commitment to the professionalism required for becoming chartered surveyors, reflecting numerous hours of hard work, dedication, and expertise.
Kelvin, who works in our London office, joined Stace in 2021 as a Graduate Project Manager after completing his Master’s in Construction Economics and Management at UCL.
Fred, who is based in our London office, joined Stace in 2022 as an apprentice in Building Surveying. Over the past two years, he has shown a great degree of dedication, balancing his work with his studies at Anglia Ruskin University.
Tom, who is based in our Birmingham office, joined the Stace team in April 2023 as a Quantity Surveyor. He also has a Master’s in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University.
Mark Ashby, Project Management Partner, said:
“Really pleased and proud of Kelvin, Fred, and Tom for their dedication in seeking RICS chartership and their hard work put in to achieve the professional status. Both Kelvin and Fred joined Stace on our Graduate Development Programme so it is fantastic to see them develop so quickly into the capable professionals they now are, and for Tom who has been a great addition to our Birmingham office to achieve chartership within 18 months – they have bright futures ahead with Stace!”
Congratulations Fred, Tom and Kelvin!
