Positive Resolution To Grant For 40 Broadway

We are delighted that our client, Tellon Capital’s proposed development scheme at Broadway, Victoria, received a positive resolution to grant consent at Westminster’s Planning Committee last week.

The scheme proposes the complete redevelopment of the buildings at – 40 Broadway, 1-11 and 13-15 Carteret Street. The project will create two distinct office buildings providing approximately 115,000 sqft of new exclusive accommodation.
