I found out about the Stace Graduate Development Programme through my university. They provided information about various career opportunities and development programmes in the construction industry, and the Stace Graduate Development Programme stood out to me due to its comprehensive training and support for achieving chartered status.

What drew you to the construction/property industry? 

The opportunity to be part of creating tangible, lasting structures that positively impact communities drew me to the construction industry. The dynamic nature of the industry, with its blend of technical challenges and creative problem-solving, is incredibly appealing.

What did you learn on the Graduate Development Programme that you have applied to your day-to-date role? 

On the Graduate Development Programme, I gained a wealth of knowledge and skills that I apply to my day-to-day role. Some key learnings include project management techniques, problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge.

What are your future career plans? 

I am currently working towards becoming a Chartered Project Manager. I am excited about this journey and the opportunities it will bring to enhance my skills and contribute effectively to future projects.
