Stace Next Gen Programme

Supported by Construction Youth Trust, the Stace Next Gen Programme provides you with a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insight into the construction and property sector.

We offer six work experience placements across some of our offices; Birmingham, Epping and London.

The experience kicks off with an employability workshop – helping you put yourself ahead of your peers, which will be delivered by Construction Youth Trust. You will also be introduced to our business and meet some of the Partners within the company.

On the second day you will begin working with our project delivery teams straight away – experiencing first-hand how our industry works, and gaining an understanding of the projects we are delivering in the UK and the challenges and opportunities that can arise.

The Stace Next Gen Programme will provide key skills that are essential in the workplace, such as:

• Communication
• Teamwork
• Problem-solving
• Presentation skills
