We have an opportunity for a CDM/Senior CDM Consultant to join either our London or Epping office.
You will be working as part of the CDM/H&S team but will be capable of working with minimum supervision, carrying out all relevant requirements of the CDM Regulations including, but not limited to:
• Acting in the CDM Advisor role to Clients
• Acting in the Principal Designer role
• Advising the Principal Designer on their duties under the Regulations
• Providing general health & safety consultancy services
• Providing construction site health and safety support services
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Appropriate educational background demonstrating good levels of numeracy and literacy
• NEBOSH Qualification (General Certificate) and/or relevant design related qualification (architecture, engineering, surveying etc.)
• Membership of IOSH/IIRSM/CIOB (preferable)
• APS Membership/accreditation (CMAPS preferable, IMaPS as minimum)
• Experience in applying the CDM Regulations and delivering the Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services.
• Working knowledge of the principals of design risk management
• High levels of attention to detail
• Capable of working to strict targets and timescales
• Proficient in IT and using software including; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with colleagues and clients
