Another Award Win for Quintain’s Repton Gardens at Wembley Park

Repton Gardens has been awarded the Development of the Year (of more than 300 homes) at the 2024 RESI Awards.

The build-to-rent scheme, located at Wembley Park was designed and developed by Quintain and managed by the award-winning Quintain Living. Repton Gardens is comprised of 396 build-to-rent apartments across a range of three and four-bed homes in addition to studios, one-beds, and two-beds.

The project centred on social impact, wellbeing and sustainability with the incorporation of extensive greenery and features that prioritise recycling and reusability.

Over the past 20 years, we have had the opportunity to collaborate with Quintain on various projects, including the Wembley Park transformation, where we provided professional services on their behalf.

The recent award adds to the scheme’s other impressive achievements including the “Best BTR Development” at the 2023 Love to Rent Awards and the “Best Interior Design” in the BTR sector at the FX Awards.
