Phased redevelopment and extension of existing Mental Health facilities for our client Central & North-West London NHS Foundation Trust.

The phased redevelopment included the refurbishment of existing accommodation over three floors and two wings. The project included the addition of two new single storey extensions to provide new ward facilities, offices, catering and laundry facilities.

Asbestos removals, demolition, strip out and complete refurbishment of an occupied operational mental health unit.

The project also included two new extensions to extend the mental health unit complete with gardens for use by the patients.

Due to the facility remaining live, the works were carried out over 5 phases.
