On Monday 27 January, we celebrated the topping out ceremony for the fourth phase of the Hallsville Quarter regeneration project in Canning Town.
The student accommodation development, part of the Canning Town and Custom House Regeneration Project, has reached the highest point of the 11-story development.
Hallsville Quarter Four will feature 375 purpose-built student accommodation rooms, state-of-the-art amenities, a roof terrace, and beautifully landscaped public realm.
“This milestone represents a significant stride in our efforts to transform the area into a vibrant and thriving community. We are excited about the positive impact this development will have on students, providing them with excellent transport links, enhanced public spaces, and modern amenities, all within a low-carbon, sustainable living environment,” Malcolm Howting, Partner.
Upon completion, the Hallsville Quarter development will offer over 1,000 private and affordable homes, leisure and retail space, and a new hotel opposite Canning Town underground station.
