Restoring a Grade II Listed Building
26 King Street, Covent Garden, is set to be refurbished to bring a new restaurant, hotel, office space, and roof terrace to this much-loved area of London.
The Grade II listed building will be reconfigured and gain an extension to create a central core. The façade will be renovated, and all areas given a high-standard finish ready for tenant fit-out.
The ground floor will become a restaurant, with the hotel taking the first to third floors and the roof terrace for the hotel restaurant. The project will introduce smart plant equipment and building systems to improve sustainability credentials.
26 King Street is anticipated to support the delivery of new jobs, training and apprenticeship opportunities in the hospitality industry.
