A Topping Out Celebration for New developments at Wembley Park

With our client Quintain, contractor Sisk, and the project team, we celebrated the topping out ceremony for buildings NE02 and NE03 at Wembley Park this February.

The developments form part of a new quadrant in Wembley Park called the Northeast Lands and will provide 769 residential units, comprising build to rent tenures, more than 100 affordable homes, alongside shared amenity, retail, community, office space and landscaped park. The developments have utilised MMC technologies including the installation of 972 bathroom pods and 1,802 offsite manufactured façade panels. Additionally, the buildings will include an innovative design that allows each of the balconies to be installed within minutes.

Construction on site began in September 2022 with site wide infrastructure works and the first residential units will be finishing later in 2024.

Stace is providing Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Party Wall and CDM services on the project known as NE03, and CDM and Party Wall services on NE02. This latest development marks our ongoing partnership with Quintain, having delivered professional services on the Wembley Park transformation for over 20 years.
