For many, the festive season can be an extremely difficult time of year, so we have chosen to direct our Christmas charity donations to the five communities in which we work. Each of our five offices has chosen a worthwhile cause all with a common theme; they help those who are in need:
Our Birmingham office nominated St. Chad’s Sanctuary, a voluntary project supported by friends, including St. Chad’s Cathedral and The Salvation Army, who provide a place of welcome and practical support for Asylum Seekers and Refugees.
In Cambridge, we’ve chosen to support Tom’s Trust, the only UK charity dedicated to providing psychological support for children with brain tumours.
As a corporate partner to St Clare Hospice, which provide free, compassionate care to adults with life-limiting illnesses, their families and carers to West Essex & East Herts, this was the obvious choice for our Epping office.
Our Leeds team wanted to support Friends of the Leeds Centre for Leukaemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma which raises money to pay for important medical equipment that can be used at the Leeds-based centre.
Having completed several “Breakfast Challenges” and donated vital supplies, our London team chose to build on our established relationship with The Whitechapel Mission which serves the homeless and marginalised by providing a day centre, skills training and career advice, activity programmes and specialist support for complex needs.
