Re-developing an existing building into a retail and leisure site
BOXPARK Liverpool is located within a mixed Urban Village and creative and entertainment hub, and delivers a multi-purpose experience. BOXPARK Liverpool provides a food and beverage venue with open central eating and spaces.
Covering 15,806 sq. ft, the venue features 10 kitchen units and three bars, whilst being able to hold 400 individuals internally. Additionally, the venue provides a 5,430 sq. ft external terrace for al fresco dining and intimate events, that can accommodate 200 people.
The project incorporates the same architectural features that make BOXPARK Croydon and Wembley stand out: using raw, industrial, low-tech, self-finish materials; steel, glass, concrete, corrugated metal and graphic wrap.
The scheme supplied over 150 new jobs. The Boxpark team worked alongside Liverpool City Council to publicise local supply chain routes and recruitment.
BOXPARK Liverpool joins the popular developments at BOXPARK Croydon and BOXPARK Wembley which Stace has also delivered. The scheme also marked the first Boxpark location outside of London.
In April 2024, BOXPARK Liverpool was made accessible to the public.
