Stace appointed to £150m housing framework

Stace is delighted announce that we have won a place on the four-year contract for framework operator Procure Public, acting on behalf of London-based Central and Cecil Housing Trust.

Central and Cecil Housing Trust and any other UK public sector body will be able to use the framework for mini-competitions and direct awards for Stace services on the following lots:

• Building and Stock Condition Surveys
• Contract Administrator and Project Management
• Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying
• Principal Designer

Central and Cecil Housing Trust provide both affordable and luxury retirement living homes for occupiers aged 55 and above. The company’s history dates back to 1926 when Elizabeth Chesterton set up Cecil Homes as a means to provide support to London’s homeless women. Merging with Central London Housing Trust in 1993, the company has evolved to provide housing and support to a range of people.
