Background

A mixed use, mixed tenure residential development on a former brownfield site. 

The Perfume Factory is a residential-led, high density development consisting of 376 residential units and commercial space.  Amenity areas will be created for residents, some of which are at roof top level. The three ‘towers’ (two are linked at ground level) are a mixture of traditional build and modern methods of construction varying from 12 to 25 storeys.

Based in North Acton on the site of the former Elizabeth Arden perfume factory, Telford Homes will deliver c.1,403 sq ft of commercial space alongside the residential space and an L-shaped ‘street’ will run between the towers to provide access and connection with adjoining projects.

The dwellings will be supplied by a dedicated energy centre located in a partial basement under the tallest tower.

Construction work started in 2021 and is due to be completed in Q4 2024.

Our Role

Stace is providing Contract Administration, Funder Representative and Cost Oversight services to Telford Homes and Realstar. The project will be known as UNCLE Acton.
