A new way of working in a post-pandemic world

Our client, BDO, wanted to allow their staff to choose to work where they feel they are most productive by creating a more flexible workplace. Working alongside Creative License, we helped identify four working styles and translated these into four zones: focused, traditional, agile, and collaborative.

To prioritise sustainability, we reused existing furniture where possible to reduce unnecessary waste and sourced sustainable products and materials elsewhere.

We successfully delivered an environment across 200,000 sq ft of office space that promotes autonomy but allows for collaboration whilst finding the balance between comfort privacy and social interaction.

As a result of the success of the scheme Stace is providing Design, Project Management, Cost Management and Principal Designer services to BDO to refurbish their regional offices throughout the UK.
