Founded in 1885, Roedean School is an independent boarding school for girls on the outskirts of Brighton in Roedean Village overlooking the English Channel. Given the age and the location of the school, this requires maintenance on all aspects.
Following completion of the Phase I Roedean School PPM survey programme, which involved undertaking a High Level Condition Survey of all buildings on site, together with a more detailed Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule of Keswick House, the Stace Building Surveying Team have recently commenced Phase II surveys. The Phase II survey commission comprises undertaking a detailed survey and preparing a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule of all of the remaining 35no. buildings and structures.
Stace are being supported by SWECO and Campbell Reith, who are providing MEP and Structural specialist input, respectively.
