The progress of Luton Street, Westminster

We are excited to share with you a time-lapse video over the course of a year showing the progress of the new 171 residential units forming part of the Church Street regeneration, this is due to be completed in the summer of 2022 in the heart of London.

Over 90% of the high-end apartments will either come with a balcony or terrace with access to a residents’ lounge and workspace.  A further 62 apartments and houses are being provided by Westminster Council with 40 available at social rent.

The development includes a three-court sports hall and leisure complex for the local community. The scheme is an extension of the Westminster ‘green spine’ avenue which is planned to run through the borough to give a landscaped route for walking and cycling.
